TUSHAMI provides Vedic astrology reading services (such as kundli, dosha analysis, dasha, matchmaking and panchang reports). The Website sells digital readings, not physical goods.
References to "we", "us" and "our" mean TUSHAMI ASTROTECH PRIVATE LIMITED. References to "you" and "your" mean the user of the Website and/or the client who engages our services.
By accessing or using the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy and our Refund & Cancellation Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.
You must be at least 18 years old and competent to contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872 to engage our services. By placing an order, you represent that you meet these requirements.
All service descriptions, scopes and deliverables displayed on the Website are accurate to the best of our knowledge. The exact scope, deliverables and timelines for an engagement are confirmed in writing at kickoff. We reserve the right to correct errors, clarify scope or refuse any order at our sole discretion.
All prices on the Website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST unless explicitly stated otherwise. The final payable amount, inclusive of all taxes, is displayed to you on the checkout page before you confirm your order. Prices do not include third-party costs you authorise separately (for example advertising spend, domain names, licences or paid tools).
Your placement of an order is an offer to engage our services. Your order is accepted only when we send you an order-confirmation email. Until that confirmation is sent, we may refuse to accept your order, in which case any amount paid will be refunded in full.
Payment for services is collected up front through our gateway partner MMADPay, via UPI (Unified Payments Interface) or supported cards. Payments are processed end-to-end through the gateway. We do not store any UPI ID, PIN, OTP, card or banking credentials on our systems.
Cancellations and refunds for services are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

On full payment for an engagement, ownership of the final deliverables created specifically for you transfers to you, except for our pre-existing tools, templates and know-how.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or in connection with any service purchased from the Website is limited to the amount paid by you for that service.
