All TUSHAMI readings are delivered online — shown on your order page and emailed to you the moment payment is confirmed. We serve clients across India and worldwide; your location is not a constraint.
To keep delivery on schedule, we need timely access to relevant accounts or platforms, your brand assets, and feedback at agreed review points. Delays in providing these may extend delivery timelines.
You will receive email updates as your service moves through kickoff and delivery. You can also reply to any update or contact us with your order number for a status check at any time.
If we are unable to proceed because the access, approvals or assets we need are not provided, we will make several attempts to reach you. If we still cannot proceed, the engagement may be paused and resumed once you are ready, or refunded in line with our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Nothing is shipped — every deliverable is provided digitally.
If we cannot reach you or do not receive the access and assets needed to proceed for 30 days, the project may be paused; we will make reasonable attempts to contact you before doing so.
Delivery timelines are estimates. We are not liable for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, including weather, strikes, transport disruptions, customs holds, civil unrest or actions of government authorities.
